The NCR Pay fee is a one time charge and is not charged again each month. When the seller list an auction they have the choice to select [Allow Monthly Payments] and the [NCR Pay Fee] percentage can be filled in and that percentage amount the seller will receive. The [NCR Pay Fee] percentage amount is calculated on the total selling price. The software calculates the [NCR Pay Fee] and the fee is added to the selling price at the end of each auction. The [NCR Details] link in the Members Area is a good tool to communicate to the buyer when the online Payment option is not used or you want to confirm to the buyer the agreement. Also the seller gets confirmation how the buyer is being billed with online payments. The Sold Stuff page, the seller has the option to use the [Send NCR Details] link located under the Options. The NCR Details page pops up and the seller texts the "terms & conditions". The Won Stuff page, the buyer will receive the [View NCR Details] link located under the Options. The NCR Details page pops up and the buyer has the option to agree to the "terms & conditions". The buyer only receives the [View NCR Details] link, when the seller sends it. This selling tool is a good option to use with on-line payments and off-online payments, you will have a record of the transaction. The Merchants Button is the Monthly Payments button added with the PayPal button. When the seller chooses the [Allow Monthly Payments] then the seller agrees to accept monthly payments. The buyer sees two buttons, one for (Monthly Payments) and one for (PayPal Pay in Full). This gives the seller the "Extra Income" at the end of the auction when the buyer chooses (Monthly Payments). The Monthly Payments button calculates the [NCR Pay Fee] percentage automatically and is added to the total selling price. The amount for each payment is calculated when the [Number of Payments] is filled in. The website has No Membership Fees. The seller can list unlimited number of auctions and the buyer can purchase unlimited number of auctions. The store has a "Enable Store" fee every 365 days. The SITE FEES will have the current Store fee and upgrade fee amount. There are very few fees on the No Credit Report site, so listing payments will only apply to members who list with upgrade features that have a cost involved. If you list without upgrade features, you will not have any balances due. No Credit Report wants to ensure that we offer a buyer an array of safe, appropriate, and convenient payment choices. We strongly encourage sellers to offer payments through PayPal - PayPal is not only convenient to use, but it also offers buyers and sellers industry leading protection against fraud, chargebacks and theft of financial data. NCR has the software written so you can allow monthly payments done thru PayPal automatically. Merchants with their own merchant credit card processing account, and those who use a third-party credit card processor, may also offer their buyers the option of paying directly with a credit card online (including through third party checkout) or by phone.
Offline payment methods generally do not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments. Nonetheless, they may be appropriate for certain types of transactions and sellers may use listings to offer acceptance of most valid financial instruments including personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or COD.
Payment methods we encourage not allowed on No Credit Report:

You can select any won stuff with the combine purchases option. A single invoice will be created and sent to the seller. You then just use the [pay direct method] and choose either to pay in full or make monthly payments. The software uses the won stuff you selected with the highest number of payments and uses that number when you pay. While listing stuff, you would select which payment methods you will accept. When you accept PayPal online payments or PayPal monthly payments, they are set up showing the number and amount of payments automatically with a click. We encourage sellers to use PayPal. Typically you are told to use your credit card and not your debt card. The reason why is you usually pay in full and if something is wrong, you usually have 30 days to ask for a refund from the credit card company. With No Credit Report we encourage sellers to ship the stuff after the buyer makes their first payment. When dealing with this type of seller it's not a bad idea to use your debit card. Your investment is only the first payment and you have plenty of time to review your purchase. Click on the “Sell” link on the main menu located at the top of the webpage. You will be sent to step 1 of listing your stuff. You will follow the simple step by step directions. Any problems, go to the HELP link on the main menu located at the top of the webpage. The seller is encouraged to approve a potential buyer a loan without using a typical credit report method. The VL1 credit method will increase your chances of success and improve the amount of stuff you sell. The shopping cart is set up for the sellers that have a store with the site. Individual auctions with not be able to use the shopping cart. When you place a bid on any auction, users can click on your profile and contact information when you complete this section. When you Buy Out stuff, then only the seller will see your profile. Remember, when someone looks at your profile they don't see a full name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth associated with the profile. The full name, address, phone number and email address will be located in the [Message Board] used for the seller and buyer when stuff is sold. Each seller that allows monthly payments for an auction will review an application. That makes you a loan officer and you have your own rules. A suitable rule is to keep your expectations simple and reasonable. Example of a rule: 1 year minimum for job time. Remember, some potential buyers might be weak in one area, but is strong in other area's. The About Me link is used to help potential buyers explain themselves better. Always use the tools you are provided with to the fullest. The buyer needs to have a suitable "Profile" to ensure the success of buying stuff with No Credit Report. The seller needs to know that you have the resources to pay, so some type of income is always included in the "Profile". No Credit Report uses VL1 technology and is always improving the software to make it harder not to get all of the payments. When using "Make Monthly Payments" thru Payal, buyers generally will make all of the payments. The buyer would need to have a good reason for stop making payments because their PayPal rating will change. We have great communication tools for offline monthly payments. You can go to www.whitepages.com to confirm a name and address. When a payment is late, notify the buyer to make arrangments for that late payment. You can make your own Late Payment Policy and include it with each auction. No Credit Report believes that the seller giving these virtual loans to potential buyers and giving the "Gift of Credit" is making that buyer feel more special than the Big Bank giving them a loan. The buyer will make a better attempt to pay off the loan. The seller has the control in the amount of payments. A good rule is to make the payment affordable. When you make your payments on-time or you are late, you need to have the seller give you a rating with comments. This site has the ability to keep potential buyers and sellers informed to all business activity. It's important to do what you say, so that the No Credit Report community can continue setting bigger and better goals. The seller has the control of the amount of the loan. If you have a buyer that has a great reputation or has already made payments and paid you in full, you have the option to rasie the amount you loan. To help promote a "Good Buyer Reputation", we encourage the seller to always use the Reputation link provided and log the reputation after the stuff is paid in full to show future sellers a buyers risk. The seller can re-list an auction if a suitable buyer isn't found for monthly payments. When a seller declines you for a loan, it's usally something simply to fix or correct. The "Message Board" is a great tool to use to help find out why the seller declined the loan. Maybe your "Profile" is not complete and you need to finish the profile or you need to complete the "About Me" link. Remember, all sellers are not the same when it comes to approving or declining loans. The seller will only apply the NCR Pay Fee when the seller allows monthly payments. The seller has the option not to use the VL1 fee and allows monthly payments. The buyer has the option to negotiate the NCR Pay fee with the seller. The buyer has the option to pay the seller in full with one payment and avoid the NCR Pay Fee. The return policy and the warranty policy are two different policies. Most suppliers will have a 30 day return policy. Most manufactures will have a 90 day return policy. Remember to use the right one at the right time. If you don't see a return policy or warranty policy in the auction listing, chances are their isn't one. You can always ask the seller or manufacture what is the policy. You would normally pay sales tax when you reside in the state the seller resides. |
